A massive explosion at the scene of an Ariana Grande concert in Manchester, England killed at least 22 people dead and injured 59, police say.

Children are among the victims of the bombing, per reports. Some families are still looking for missing children who attended the concert.

On Tuesday, ISIS claimed responsibility for what has been treated as a “terrorist incident.” A suicide bomber detonated what appears to have been an improvised explosive device, police said at a news conference late Monday.

Ariana Grande is safe; the future of her tour is uncertain.
