This video will make you a better person.

From her close friendship with Drake to her appearance in Beyoncé’s Lemonade, Serena Williams and music royalty go together like peanut butter and jelly. Beyoncé deemed us all ready for that jelly when she got Serena to twerk during the “Sorry” movement of her visual album. Now Self has blessed us with an instructional video from one of the greatest female athletes in history.

Williams breaks down the “warm-up,” the “transitioner,” the “basic shake,” the “wind,” and finally—the twerk. The tennis great has worked hard to get to the top of her game, but her twerking how-to is 60 seconds of effortless excellence. It’s like watching Ina Garten cook a roast chicken or Jane Fonda do a set of leg lifts—just so impossibly simple and masterful that you can’t look away.

“Everyone does twerking. “Everyone at some point should do a twerk,” she insists. Slay, Serena.
