Tysons Fit Club Class CARDIO DANCE BLAST!

I LOVE to dance; so much so, that my nickname growing up Boogie, so when I found out about this class I was so excited! I may still be pretty sore from Tuesday, but it takes a lot for me to turn down a good dance session, and I’m pretty sure I was smiling the whole time. After a quick warm up, our instructor mixed some serious salsa moves with fun dance songs and strength training. By the cool down fifty minutes later, I knew I had done a full body work out because my body was tired, but I felt like I was at the best party. It was the perfect way to start the weekend.
